Kepler-69 b is a Neptune-like exoplanet (an ice giant with a thick atmosphere), about 2.2 times the radius of Earth. It has an equilibrium temperature of 779 K (506°C). The planet completes one orbit around its star every 13.7 Earth days. It was discovered in 2013 using the transit method. It orbits the G-type star Kepler-69, located approximately 731 parsecs (2383 light-years) from Earth.
